Terms & conditions

Please read these before booking. They are short, and they are how we look after your wedding and our team.

  1. 01 Booking

    • All photographs and video footage from an assignment are protected by copyright and belong to Shondhikkhon.
    • A 70% advance confirms your booking. The rest is due on the first day of your events.
    • The advance is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel. If we have to cancel, we tell you in advance and refund it.
    • We don’t work alongside another professional photo or film team. If you have already booked one, talk to us before booking so we don’t have to cancel.
    • For events outside Dhaka, travel, accommodation and meals for our team are added to the price.

  2. 02 During your events

    • Please treat our team as you would your own guests. We may withdraw from an event at any stage if we meet misbehaviour, misleading information or inappropriate conduct.
    • After 1 am, if our team asks for it for safety reasons, please arrange their transport.
    • You are responsible for the cost of any equipment stolen or damaged during the shoot.
    • We are not liable for data lost through electronic or physical accidents.

  3. 03 Time for portraits

    • Every event has its own story, and portraits alone can’t tell all of it. For good portraits, please arrive at the venue on time, ideally before your guests. We set aside a time for portraits, and arriving late can mean missing it; we can’t be held responsible if portraits can’t be taken because of a late arrival.

  4. 04 Social media

    • We may use any photograph or video to show our work: on social media, in advertising and publications, on our website and in sample albums.
    • If you post our photos or videos on social media, please credit Shondhikkhon.

  5. 05 Sneak peek

    • We send a sneak peek within one week of your event.

  6. 06 Final delivery

    • Everything is delivered within 45 days of the event.
    • Tell us about any corrections within three days of the final delivery. After that, re-editing is charged. Once delivery is complete, we are not responsible for any data loss.
    • Please download all files from Google Drive within 15 days of delivery. We clear our drive after 15 days.

  7. 07 Add-ons

    • Express delivery (everything delivered within 7 days) costs ৳10,000. Every add-on and its price is on the Packages page.
