Privacy policy

What we keep when you contact us or book, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  1. 01 What we keep

    • When you send an inquiry: the couple’s names, who is asking, your mobile number and email, your events with their dates and venues, the number of guests, your budget and your message.
    • When you book: what your quotation, agreement and invoices need, the payments you make, and the songs and notes you send for your pre-shoot brief.
    • When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the messages, and any photos or files you send, with your inquiry or booking, so the whole conversation is in one place.
    • If you sign your agreement online, we keep the name you typed, who you are, the signature you drew (if you drew one), the time, and your device’s internet address and browser, as the record of your signature.

  2. 02 Why

    • To answer your inquiry, prepare your quotation, agreement and invoices, plan your events, and deliver your photos and films.
    • Once you have booked, to remind you about payments, your pre-shoot brief and your deliveries.
    • We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

  3. 03 Paying online

    • Online payments go through SSLCommerz. Your card, bKash or Nagad details go straight to them; we never see or keep them. We receive only the amount and its reference.

  4. 04 Who else handles it

    • Our website and our booking system run on our own server, behind Cloudflare, which protects the site.
    • Emails go through our email provider, WhatsApp messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and online payments through SSLCommerz.
    • The photographers and filmmakers working at your events, including freelancers we work with, get what they need for those events: your names, the dates, times and venues, which they may keep in their phone’s calendar. They never see your payments.
    • We share your details with no one else, unless the law requires it.

  5. 05 Cookies and visits

    • This website sets no cookies. We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites.
    • Films play from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo. When you play one, that service’s own policy applies.

  6. 06 Your photos

    • As our terms say, we may use photographs and films from your events to show our work. If you would rather we didn’t show some of them, tell us.

  7. 07 How long we keep it

    • We keep your inquiry and booking for as long as we need them for your wedding and our accounts.
    • Your delivered files stay on our Google Drive for 15 days after delivery.
    • Backups of our system are kept for 14 days, and the copies kept away from our server are encrypted.

  8. 08 Your choices

    • You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them once we no longer need them for your booking or our accounts.
