Payments & refunds

How paying for your wedding works, and when an advance is refunded. It follows our terms.

  1. 01 Paying for your wedding

    • A 70% advance confirms your booking. The rest is due on the first day of your events.
    • You can pay in cash, by bKash or Nagad, by bank transfer, or online through SSLCommerz from the private page we send you once you have booked.

  2. 02 If you cancel

    • The advance is non-refundable, and it can’t be moved to another booking.

  3. 03 If we cancel

    • If we ever have to cancel, we tell you as early as we can and refund your advance within 10 working days.

  4. 04 How a refund is paid

    • A refund goes back the way you paid: to the same bKash or Nagad number, by bank transfer, or, for an online payment, back through SSLCommerz to your card or account.
    • A card refund can take a few more days to reach your account after we send it, depending on your bank.

  5. 05 Returns

    • We provide photography and film services, not goods, so there is nothing to return.
